Resumen
One of the two main objectives of this investigation Will be to analyze the strategic choices taken by Colombian delegates when negotiating small arms and light weapons in the United Nations. As a consequence, the first specific objective Will be to identify the strategies used by the Colombian representatives during the negotiation rounds from year 1998 to 2005; and, as a second specific objective, it Will be to precise the characteristics of the strategies previously identified. The second general objective of this research Will be the characterization of the bargaining behaviors of the delegations that represent the Colombian government when debating small arms and light weapons.
