Be stars are celestial objects whose rapid rotation generates a decretion disk due to material ejection. The mechanisms that characterize the circumstellar disk of these stars are not fully known. Considering that these stars present photometric and spectroscopic variability over time; the variability of the intensity of the H line has been shown to correlate with variations in the disks. Consequently, a useful way to gain insight into the dynamics of the circumstellar disks of Be stars is to study the temporal change of the emission lines in a range of the electromagnetic spectra. In this work we analyze the temporal evolution of the H line of the stars 28 Tau, Per, 66 Oph and 12 Vul, which have shown strong changes in the properties of their disks when analyzed in the infrared range. With this objective, a temporal follow-up of more than two decades of the H line was performed by downloading the spectra from the database Be Star Spectra Database and obtaining the intensities from using IRAF software tools. Thus, we proceeded to analyze the behavior over time of the H emission line of the stars under study. This analysis included a comparison with the results of the variations of the disks obtained by studying the infrared region. This was done with the purpose of confirming the existence of a correlation between the evolution of the H line and the behavior of the line intensity ratios in the infrared. Evidence was found that the star 28 Tau went through a stage of dissipation of its disk. However, in recent years a reappearance of the H emission line has been observed. Per is classified as a stable star with small variations in its disk density. As for 66 Oph, it is believed that it may have lost its disk evidenced by the absence of the H emission line in recent years. Finally, 12 Vul appears to be a star that has gone through stages of dissipation and disk formation over a period of 15 year which means variability corresponding to short time scales
