Resumen
El proyecto se ubica en un predio frente al río Fucha que se encuentra delimitado por las vías Av Boyacá, Calle 13, Carrera 68 y Av Calle 6. A partir de la selección de implantación, se analizó su relación con las vías y sus flujos, los equipamientos, los usos del suelo, las zonas verdes, el asoleamiento, las vistas, la topografía y la población del sector. En consecuencia, resultaron cinco estrategias para el proyecto: conectar el sector industrial con el de vivienda que actualmente está siendo dividido por la Calle 13, crear un borde contra las vías Av Boyacá y Calle 13 debido a su alto tráfico e impacto, implementar centros de reunión para la comunidad, revitalizar el río y por último, reconectar los conjuntos cerrados con el río para generar mayor interacción con el ecosistema. El colegio se compone de cuatro franjas estructurantes: Franja espacio público: Plaza de acceso que funciona como centro de reunión y de llegada. Franja servicios comunales: Área del cire-biblioteca, cafetería, auditorio y administración, que se encuentran disponibles los fines de semana. Franja de aulas: Preescolar, Primaria, Secundaria, Media y Fortalecida. Franja deportiva: Se proponen dos canchas múltiples y 2 canchas de fútbol para uso de los estudiantes dentro y fuera del horario de clases La estructura ordenadora consiste de un eje principal que comienza por el espacio público a través de la plaza que es el nudo donde se conecta el sector industrial con el sector de vivienda; posteriormente, la franja de servicios para los niños del colegio, que también puede ser utilizado por las demás personas de la comunidad. Finalmente, de este eje principal se derivan 3 núcleos para el funcionamiento de las aulas, creando de esta forma pequeñas comunidades de aprendizaje.
Resumen
The project is located in an area facing the Fucha river, which is bounded by the Av Boyacá, Calle 13, Carrera 68 and Av Calle 6 roads. From the selection of the implantation, its relationship with the roads and their flows, the equipments, land uses, green areas, sunning, views, topography and the population of the sector. Consequently, five strategies for the project resulted: connecting the industrial sector with the housing sector that is currently being divided by Calle 13, creating an edge against Av Boyacá and Calle 13 roads due to its high traffic and impact, implementing centers of meeting for the community, revitalizing the river and finally, reconnect the closed sets with the river to generate greater interaction with the ecosystem.The school is composed by four structuring strips: Strip public space: Access of the plaza that functions as a meeting and arrival center. Strip community services: Area of the cire-library, cafeteria, auditorium and administration, which are available on weekends. Classroom Strip: Preschool, Primary, Secondary, Medium and Strengthened. Sports Strip: Two multiple courts and two soccer fields are proposed for student use during and after school hours. The ordering structure consists of a main axis that begins with the public space through the plaza that is the node where the industrial sector connects with the housing sector; Subsequently, the range of services for the children, which can also be used by other people in the community. Finally, from this main axis 3 cores are derived for the operation of the classrooms, creating in this way small learning communities.
