With the implementation of the Law 1448 of 2011, it was established that the restitution of land to households that were victims of the armed conflict is the responsibility of the Special Administrative Unit for Land Management and Restitution (URT). Among several reparative strategies that are part of the restitution process is the Productive Projects Program (PPP), which aims to provide financial and technical support to families that are victims of the armed conflict and have returned to their land. This document presents the results of the PPP impact evaluation using information from 880 households in seven departments of Colombia and after five years of program implementation. Two exercises were carried out that study the effect of exposure to the program. On the one hand, net exposure to treatment was evaluated by investigating the existence of non-linear impacts over time. On the other hand, heterogeneous effects were estimated using the variation in the implementation¿s methodologies and the existence of a female head of household. The results suggest that households consistently reduce the level of poverty, improve their food security conditions, have greater perceived well-being, and increase the value of their assets in both the short and medium-term.
