Barrios educativos

Abstract

"El proyecto consiste en una unidad educativa ubicada en el barrio Fontibón, dando cara al Río Fucha, la Carrera 80 y Calle 17 (Américas). Este complejo se ubica en un sector de mucho tránsito, principalmente vehicular ya que esta calle es una de las principales entradas a Bogotá. Esta característica en mala manera... ha generado una ruptura con la ciudad, olvidando al peatón e incluyendo un ambiente inapropiado hacia el mismo. Esto afecta la normalidad de la vida de los habitantes del barrio, sus servicios se ven afectados, carecen de espacios de recreación y ocio. Habiendo mencionado las problemáticas del barrio, la unidad educativa se implanta en este punto coincidente de diferentes naturalezas, quiere actuar de amortiguador y suavizar la fuerte confluencia de estos flujos. Estos factores resultan en una complejidad que finalmente logra amalgamar y formar, el proyecto responde de manera coincidente con su entorno. En primer piso ocurre el gran nodo de convergencia, este es el punto donde los diferentes flujos conversan, comparten y luego se redireccionan. Con un parque que envuelve al colegio, y lo retrasa en distancia contra la calle 17, actúa como colchón visual, acústico y sensorial. Aquí empieza el recorrido entre árboles y caminos limitados por el verde, invitando al centro del conjunto donde se encuentran diferentes servicios para el barrio. El nivel superior separa en altura el colegio con los demás usos, esto para garantizar un espacio controlado que mejore la seguridad de los niños. Las diferentes etapas académicas se separan en islas, comunicadas entre puentes y espacios de esparcimiento. Esto con fin de mantener un orden en el programa académico, que adicionalmente estructure la disposición del programa y permita tener mejor espacialidad en el nivel público."--Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado

"The project consists of an educational unit located in the Fontibón neighborhood, facing the Fucha River, Carrera 80 and Calle 17 (Americas). This complex is located in a sector of high traffic, mainly vehicular since this street is one of the main entrances to Bogotá. This feature in a bad way... has generated a rupture with the city, forgetting the pedestrian and including an inappropriate environment towards it. This affects the normal life of the inhabitants of the neighborhood, its services are affected, they lack spaces of recreation and leisure. Having mentioned the problems of the neighborhood, the educational unit is implanted in this coincidental point of different natures, wants to act as a buffer and soften the strong confluence of these flows. These factors result in a complexity that eventually manages to amalme and form, the project responds in a matching way with its environment. On the first floor the large convergence node occurs, this is the point where the different flows converse, share and then are redirected. With a park that envelops the school, and delays it in distance against 17th Street, it acts as a visual, acoustic and sensory mattress. Here begins the route between trees and paths bounded by the green, inviting to the center of the complex where different services are located for the neighborhood. The upper level separates the school in height with the other uses, this to ensure a controlled space that improves the safety of children. The different academic stages are separated into islands, communicated between bridges and recreation spaces. This in order to maintain an order in the academic program, which further structures the program's layout and allows for better spatiality at the public level."--Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado
