Alcances y posibilidades del cuerpo en la ficción paranoica: análisis de Perder es cuestión de método de Santiago Gamboa

Abstract

Raymond Chandler escribió que "el asesinato, que es una frustración del individuo y por consiguiente una frustración de la raza, puede poseer -y en rigor posee- una buena proporción de inferencias sociológicas". Uno de los lugares en el que esas "inferencias sociológicas" se hacen patentes es el cuerpo. Por eso, en la ficción paranoica hay formas precisas de representación del cuerpo, no sólo de la víctima sino también de quién investiga, de los responsables y de la sociedad misma, y que se podrían ver como discursos de significación: el cuerpo es un elemento a partir del que es posible entender las características del género; y también porque en el cuerpo, no sólo en una perspectiva física, sino también simbólica, cultural y literaria, se ve el reflejo de lo que podría ser la sociedad misma y las relaciones de poder que la rigen. Así, el objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la representación metafórica y simbólica del cuerpo en la novela policial "llamada aquí ficción paranoica", tomando como referencia Perder es cuestión de método, de Santiago Gamboa.
